Coral Gables is one of South Florida’s gems, boasting a timeless yesteryear ambiance that continues to draw the attention of those seeking a truly beautiful city to live in. In fact, its nickname is “City Beautiful”. Since it was developed by George Merrick, Coral Gables has earned a reputation for its architecture, the inviting homes, and for being one of South Florida’s most pedestrian-friendly cities.

One of the homes for sale in Coral Gables is 445 Solano Prado, a seven bedroom, seven bathroom estate located in the community of Old Cutler Bay featuring over 150 square feet of water frontage and direct access to the ocean. The home itself is an elegant work of modern architecture and the entrance is simply groundbreaking. Natural stone exterior walls, handmade custom doors, a floating master suite, and a rooftop terrace on the second floor with incredible water vistas are a few of the additional features found in this iconic home.

Old Cutler Bay is near plenty of shopping. Visit Dadeland Mall to the west, the open-air Shops at Merrick Park to the north, or The Falls, another open-air shopping center to the southwest. Other notable places nearby include the University of Miami, Coconut Grove, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, and more.
