Miami Beach's Venetian Islands consists of six residential and uniquely shaped land masses running east and west between Miami Beach and the downtown area. Each island is also named differently, starting with Belle Isle on the eastern to San Marino, San Marco, Biscayne, Di Lido, and Rivo Alto Island not necessarily in that order. All six islands are connected by the Venetian Causeway.
Among the many of choosing Venetian Island homes, one of them is the views. While the islands to the south have surroundings that could be considered obstructive, the northern panoramas from the Venetian Islands are nothing but waterfront with the exception of the Julia Tuttle Causeway. Living in Venetian Islands waterfront homes also means you can easily visit downtown Miami or Miami Beach at any time of day.
