One of the most alluring things about Miami Beach Waterfront Homes, aside from their sheer beauty and luxury, is their proximity to some of the world's greatest culinary delights. Miami is known as one of the world's leading gastronomic destinations, featuring a wide and ever-growing assortment of unique dining options.

The latest to emerge on the scene, amid much anticipation, is La Savina Cafe & Grill, which opens at the Mondrian in January, introducing residents and visitors to the unique offerings of the Spanish Island of Formentera and the Mediterranean.

Thus far, the high concept hotel had a restaurant on the first floor that didn't have a set platform, but in 2015, the Mondrian will offer locals and travelers a taste of creations by an award winning group of masters which includes the corporate executive chef of the delicious Morgans, chef Tien Ho. Also, the restaurant will include the work of chef Gabriel Cruz, who has gained expertise in some of Manhattan's top restaurants including Brasserie 8 1/2 and Tribeca Grand.

This team has created a menu that includes crudos, meats, fish and locally grown vegetables. There will be special attention given to the chargrilling meats, similarly to the way that it is done in the coast of Spain. The way the food is prepared and served will be meant to be shared in a convivial setting, similar to the Mediterranean way that families enjoy each other's company over amazing meals with fresh ingredients.

Also, Cafe Savina will serve as an extension to La Savina Cafe & Grill, which will have Mediterranean coffee and wine with croissants and cold pressed juice from Onjuice. This cafe will also serve market fresh salads and sandwiches for lunch, also cheese and a selection of Spanish wines. Craft beers from New York and Europe are also going to be included, along with cocktails. Plus there will be the Spanish favorite, Sangria.

This unique restaurant is well worth visiting, offering a wonderful mixture of flavors and cultures alongsid views beautiful views of the sunset. Exciting new developments like this take place every week in vibrant Miami.
