The Historic Allure of Morningside

Tuesday, July 03, 2018

Miami is known for its many qualities, including its style and its modern flair. If you dig a little deeper into what the Magic City is all about, you also discover it is rich in history. One of its historic areas is the residential community of Morningside located in the city’s Upper Eastside. This neighborhood has been around since the 1920s and it is known for its architecture, its wide tree-lined boulevards, and its distinctly upscale charm.

With Morningside being a beautiful community, the Morningside homes are a showcase of elegance, and that includes 677 NE 56th Street. This four bedroom, three bathroom villa is a stunning architectural masterpiece sitting on a large 11,000+ square foot double lot. With more than 2,500 square feet, features and space abound. Some of these features include a renovated kitchen, a verdant private yard with Italian gardens, a new saltwater pool, terrace, and much more. The garage has room for up to four vehicles and it also boasts a pair of car lifts. Everything about this home emanates a fusion of history and luxury.

From this home you can walk to Morningside Park which is just south. The park is situated right next to Biscayne Bay which is perfect for having a picnic by the water. Additionally, Morningside is only a couple of minutes north of the downtown area of Miami which boasts lots to see and lots to do, from shopping at Bayside Marketplace to catching a concert or Miami Heat game at the American Airlines Arena.
